Bristol-Warren Integrated Preschool Program 

The BWRSD Integrated Preschool Program at Hugh Cole School is a high-quality, BrightStars Rated 5-Star Program. In our program, children who have and do not have educational disabilities learn and grow together in “Integrated Preschool” classrooms. These classrooms are designed for children with identified educational disabilities, and include children without disabilities. There is a maximum class size of 15 children, and each class is staffed by one teacher who is dually- certified by the RI Department of Education in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and at least one teaching assistant.

The Bristol-Warren Regional School District is currently accepting  applications for the 2025-26 Integrated Preschool Classrooms.  The program is offered at NO COST  to the families. The link to the application follows.

As indicated in the application, children MUST reside in Bristol or Warren, and be three- or four- years old on September 1, 2025 to be eligible for the program. The bus is not provided for preschoolers without educational disabilities.

We will have the following offerings for the 2025-26 school year:

Three-year old children: AM Session 3 mornings per week
*Drop Off 8:10. Class begins promptly at 8:15, Pick Up 10:45.

Four-year old children: PM Session 5 afternoons per week
*Drop Off 12:05. Class begins promptly at 12:10, Pick Up 2:40.

Requests for specific teachers will not be accepted.
