Non-Public School Textbook Loan Program

Due to the closure of EBEC in early 2025, the process of requesting textbooks for Bristol and Warren residents has shifted to the Bristol Warren Regional School District. Parents/guardians of students attending non-public schools may request textbooks in math, science, history, language arts and foreign language. Books not on the RIDE approved textbook list will not be purchased by the district.

1. Textbooks from the 2025-26 school year should be returned by June 23, 2026 to Kickemuit Middle School, 525 Child St, Warren between 8am - 1pm. After June 26th, Kickemuit Middle School will be closed due to ongoing construction. Books will need to be returnd to the Admin Offices, 50 Asylum Rd, Warren. 

2. Requests for 2026-27 can be made using this Google form. You will be contacted when books are available for pick up over the summer. Due to ongoing construction at our schools, the pickup location will not be at Kickemuit Middle School and is to be determined.

3. When completing the form, be sure to provide an email address that is checked regularly in the event we have questions about your request and to receive notification that your request is ready to schedule a pick-up.

3. Proof of residency (license and utility bill) must be provided with your textbook request.
